Minister Crystal Gilbert is an evangelist, preacher, teacher and founder of Unashamed and Empowered Ministries.

In February of 2005, she accepted the call of the Lord upon her heart to enter into the ministry of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and was licensed as a minister on October 1, 2006 by Reverend Eric M. Beckham former pastor of Clear View Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey.

Minister Gilbert is an anointed woman of God, who has been called to build the kingdom of God through preaching and teaching the truth of God’s word and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. She has served in different capacities within the church as an Assistant Women’s Ministry Leader, Sunday School Teacher, New Members Class Teacher, Singles Ministry Leader and Women’s Prayer Ministry member. 

Minister Gilbert currently resides in Georgia, where she leads a monthly bible study fellowship and worship service.  Minister Gilbert has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University in NJ. She has prepared for the task of ministering the Gospel, studying at Pillar College, formerly known as Somerset Christian College in Zarephath, NJ and New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, NJ. 

She is the blessed and proud mother of one son, Kendall.

Minister Gilbert’s greatest desire is to live a life pleasing and acceptable unto God. She firmly believes that she can do all things through Christ that strengthens her (Philippians 4:13)
